I have to say I think coaches are over-rated...haha I mean unless these coaches are out there hooping or tackling or throwing punches..they're just b.s mostly...lols. .I say just let the players think for themselves, do their thang...talk among themselves with game plans and strategies...s ame thing with boxers or MMA fighters..just let them do their own thang..and may the best team or man/woman win...the idea of having a coach to me is outdated..it's not the George Washington leading his men to the revolutionary war era, where most men cannot think for themselves and needs someone to lead them and give them words of encouragement. .lols
