Does Kws Lis own pets in his backyard? How about his next door neighbors? When the answer is no, it's both arrogant and ignorant to say it's stupid to build fences around the backyard or front yard.

Unless you have the same IQ as autistic kid, you wouldn't have known that fences have three purposes: (1) respectful boundary between neighbors as much without walls (2) exterior design (3) keep their pets restraint inside when they're not leashed.

Didn’t see any dogs
But I know people who own dogs in the midwest

They chained them up
Or have a fences house for them

But most of the time
The dog just stay indoor
Its too cold to let your dog stay in the snow

I don't have a problem with metal fence at the front yard while I have wooden fence out in the back. These fences help to keep out stray dogs peeing and pooping my lawns.

I live in the Midwest and I have them... It's for privacy and keeping strays out. My fence starts at the back of my house and enclosed my whole backyard.

When they do go outside
