The funny thing is that this investor only has 216 shares of Target stock 

Might snowball if he's getting a hearing - other investors might just join in on a class-action lawsuit.

Other Target Insiders are disposing their shares of Target and with no buying back... Executive VP shed $2M worth of stocks and another Senior VP ditched $235K worth of stocks recently. This does not spell doom and gloom for the company...
