A fight over curly fries ends in a shooting... this happened at a Jack in the Box.

The employee took out her gun and started shooting as the driver sped away.
She claimed that he (a Latino) was using racial slur at her... calling her the N word. She also claimed that if you watch the security vid, you can not hear the gun go off because she didn't shoot at him. She lied because there were no audio available and you can clearly see the muzzle flashed with a spent shell flying off to the side. And I bet she lied about the 'racial' slur too... All she got was a charge of deadly conduct with a year of probation.
