back in the old days
you simply would not choose to date someone in your village
because you two might be related

the village is mostly clan base
LOR clan will hang out with the LOR clan

good luck trying to find a wife if you are a LOR in a LOR village

they would travel to the next village or so

my dad say he would talk to like 6-7 girls at a time
and that it was normal for guys to talk to alot of girls at the same time
he doesn't call them girlfriend but more like girls you go and talk to
but still like your girlfriend that you can hug and kiss
