Students demand food and waters for barricaded protesters so they won't starve or dehydrate...
A Colombia student sympathizing with the students barricaded in a University building demanded that they be provided with food and water “so that they don’t dehydrate or starve.” A reporter quickly pointed out to her that the protesters had voluntarily locked themselves into a building and cannot therefore demand respite from authorities on humanitarian grounds.
The student, Johannah King-Slutsky, then retracted her words and said that the students were demanding that they not “violently stop us from bringing basic humanitarian aid” to barricaded protesters at the Hamilton Hall, to which the reporter responded that no such attempt to prevent food entering had been made at all. - VINnews
