i spoke to my lawyer. he said that maybe i can get a work/school permit. since im a first time offender but IF i drive anywhere else under the regulated time i will get a.ssed out. im going to go get my car out 198.10! my license is still good this week. whew i can still go to work cause i work all day this week. which will probably be my last as well.

i have to plead GUILTY! i blew .18
lawyer said get a public defender. MN has TOUGH DWI laws! im looking at total fines of $2,000
1000 for court fees and fines.
680 for reinstatement of DL
$24 for drivers app
$200 for chemical/AA class and DUI knowledge class

i didnt even get pulled OVER too! my car died on the exit ramp. i got out of my car. tried to jump my car. 2 min later a cop pulled up behind me! i was like "why did my car have to die NOW!" this still does NOT excuse drinking and driving.
