misdemeanor, that will be informal probation of 2-3 years because any wrong doing during this period can be used against u in court i think...so depends on your bal, you're either looking at 3 months, 6months, to a 1 before you get your full license back, i think u can get a temp license after the first month...which can only used to go to work and back home only....after your probation years are over make sure to expunge your record, so your record will be from guilty to case dismiss for job background check purposes.....i
n many cases many law firms provides the expunge service to do the paper work for you and you don't need to show to court, total cost is only 400 to 500 and it takes 2-3 months for it to process and clear that record to case dismiss....hop
