Title: it's friday guys and gals

lets try to relax.  anyways, it has been a little over a year since we went and visit families in Oregon.  we went to this river and man, water is very nice.  not to mentioned cold too.

If it requires a long hiking trail with inclines, for fat Hmong people, forget about it.
