What do you think would happen if the U.S completely stopped giving out foreign aid?

Russia & China will pick up and therefore threaten Democracy world wide. Of course, they will strategically decide whom to help first...to their advantages.

America better have enough resources to sustain themselves. most countries are able to have a civilized government because of the US support. when all aids stop, countries primarily middle eastern will probably get overrun by Muslim radicals, all of Asia and the continent of Africa will probably be governed by china. most of Europe will still remain the same. central america will be owned by drug lords. in less than a decade america will be like north korea...a lonely country of it's own...we'll probably get bullied like a lion being ganged up by a bunch of hyenas.

Military wise, the world don't go to war when it wants to. Economically in parts of the world it is sound.

Because of allies and enemies, I don't see the aiding ever stop.

That won't change. Russia will step up to the plate for their best interest even if it means citizens sufferings, nothing new.
