Defense, defense, defense is the way to go for both teams.

Jon Gruden may draft a QB of his own. Anything is a go with this man. And I'm okay with that, Carr isn't consistence and not the future.

I don't keep up with college football but any good players this year?
-
I don't watch the college games but I do keep up with reading about good players.
Some of the best draft prospects...
Nick Bosa, DE, Ohio State
DT Quinnen Williams, Alabama
OLB Josh Allen, Kentucky
Dwayne Heskins, QB, Ohio State
Kyler Murray, QB, Oklahoma
Drew Lock, QB, Missouri

Rumors swirling everywhere that the Raiders May trade up to number one and grab Murray. They will have to give up two first rounders and one later pick. Is it worth it for an unproven QB. But man, he looks good, mobile, agile, speed, and accuracy.
