Vegas is also hot but the media drops about 10 degrees because they do not want to scare of tourist as vegas is built on tourist thirst traps. 

Usually they measure the temperature at a local airport and in the shade so the figures are not totally accurate.

Stuff like this happens in the movies but that route is traffic for sure for the going home commuter and for this fool to take out all them vehicles like that, he's got to be on some kind of a high, mental illness or having medical issues.  You can tack on all sorts of violations. 

I heard about it over the radio so I decided to booked myself a room last night and not having to deal with the aftermath.  Hope all are well though.  Must be a frightening situation for all involved.

You have to give people the benefit of the doubt.  When a woman is on her period, she shows these symptoms.  Am I suppose to go find a replacement for my feelings in another woman if she is giving me the cold shoulder?

People go through stages in life and you can't ride the high all the time.  There will be times when we fall into the lows or depressive state and all those 10 traits will pops up.  IT doesn't mean that they are not into you no more.  It just means that they needed 10 different ways in crying for help and they are crying to you or someone to help them out. 

I kid you not.  I took a nap earlier and I was making out with taylor swift.  I tried to go back to sleep because I wanted to see taylor swift again.  Couldn't get it to happen.

The advantage you have is that you are a self-proclaimed bad boy. Let me explain why bad guys finish first and can still lock down a good woman despite your shady relationship history.

Women view your relationship history as you test driving and playing around. It was the fault of those women for allowing themselves to get played by a self-proclaimed player.

Nice guys finish last because they come off as being in love with every single crazy women who they were in relationship with. BIG TURN OFF to a good woman. She doesn't want to think that her man was giving his all to these women who are less than she is. That is a big no-no.

And that is why nice guys will only get the crazy, toxic women. If he doesn't first sabotage a relationship with a good woman with his own lack of efforts, then she will be the one to walk away. Only the crazy ones will keep sticking around him.

See how that goes? Bad guys know how to lock down good women, just like bad girls also know how to lock down good men.

If good people want to end up together then it must happen the first time around while they are both young and single. Anything after that and they are both too jaded.

Dating is still a coin flip.  Everyone out there to win but yet, they ended in failure.  Stats don't lie so what I do is I play to fail on purpose.  I already have that expectation in mind that the relationship has a better chance of not working and if I know that, what am I going to do with her today before it is over?  You don't want to know   

So we still take a chance, take a risk by getting involved in a relationship.  We do not know if it is a good or bad relationship.  The only way to find out is to take a chance.  These are my premises and along the way, through playing it all, a girl stands tall and I did not expect to be stuck with "the one" but there she is, the one. 

Good girls like bad guys and bad guys will hunt for the vulnerable good girls.  To me, I'm a good guy with bad intentions and I'm looking for good and bad.  The dating game is hard enough so why limit myself out to make my potentials even smaller?  I have no preferences in dating but I do stand by what I say though.  Along the way, she stood tall to be the only one, even if I have to weed out a bunch of them.

Pretty looking peaches and nectarines at walmart.  Bought a batch and I kid you not.  Tasted like paper literally.  No sour, no sweet, just no taste at all.  I could not understand why but now I know.  These must of came from them affected areas.

My only vice with my peaches and nectarine.   If it is soft, I'm not buying it.  I like it hard and crunchy.

By the way, if you want to know if she is working hard enough or just clout to get that raise, well she flew to seattle and gave to the MLB commission a 30 copies of the A's deal and transaction with the city of oakland as they are going to vote for the fate of the oakland's a's.  70% of owners need to vote in favor for the team to move to Loss wages. 

Otherwise, she is pushing for a new stadium to be built to keep them A's in Oakland.

This is for the FWD and not the AWD

No dealer mark up and lots of junk fees involved.  I tell you what.  They willing to drop the prices if they think you can add other junk stuff to that car.  Finance bank wants 9% but they will throw in the 13% interest rate so the house collects 4%.  It is called getting payed on the backend of the deal.  They know they will profit in the long run thus why can drop them prices down.

If they tack on junk fees, tell them to reduce that same amount on the msrp.  If you have the money to pay it off, go with the finance route to drop them prices and at the end of the first month, you call up the bank and say you would like to pay in full.  Expect a call from the dealership because you pulled a fast one on them and they are not making money off your finance deal.  I put their number on block call.
