The one thing I want my kids to have is experience living life in a 3rd world country like I did so they understand how bless they are and the opportunities they have.  Our kids did not have the struggles we did and I think we did them a disservice.  Need to send them to Laos and Thailand for a few months..becaus e talking and seeing/experiencing are two different things.

Can we give your kids a case of small pox and malaria to really round out the life lesson?? :D ::)

$30k for family sedans
$40k for trucks

With this budget, you could get 2 cars. My daily is a 6 speed 08 TL Type S. My garage queen is an s2k.  O0. Only time I drive an auto is my wife’s Pilot or a rental car.  8)

I understand and some people do prefer that.

I want the ability to block out the sun light when watching tv, if needed, since it causes reflections and diminishes the picture quality....... ..AND I also like the look of the curtains too.   ;D

How are you gonna close such high drapes?? Electronic curtain rods must be cheap these days...  ::)

From your picture, the TV should be on the same wall with the window. Instantly no more glare from window.  O0 :P

I don't see styrofoam unless you're referring to the darker spot straight above the red circle by the wall. That would be the rough-in for the toilet. The white pipe sticking up is the drain for a sink. Red circle is prob a floor drain.

Some of you folks are so f-in backwards. Just because a married woman goes out does not mean her marriage is cracking or she wants to cheat. What I hate most is the idea that once a Hmong woman  marries, her life before marriage ends. Hmong men are afforded those same expectations!! I have a partner and while I love him a lot. He is by no means my best friend nor does he tell me who and where I should go and hang with.

You do you.

Do you all you want as a single person. ::)

When you get married, you have to be considerate of another person. For hamongs, that may include consideration for his/her immediate family and perhaps their clan. That is the Hmong way, like it or not.
