three days into august and i'm already wishing it was still june. why is it that when you're having a grand time, times always flies by so fast?

there's nothing like sitting on the porch with people you love, drinking summer shandy and laughing.

Do you ever think back to a time when you thought the world was yours for the taking? Where you thought you knew everything there was to know about life, the human condition, and even yourself? I wished I was still naive. I wished I didn't know some of things I know now.

The more we live, the more we see and the less we think we know because we think there are more and much, much more to see and do.

That's frightening.

To fear less, to live a simple life is to live like a tiger or an enfant in a smaller world--smaller in terms of our views of things. Infants haven't seen much in life and so they feel what they know is already everything. Tigers are limited to what they see around them, and take those views as there are no other worlds or other things in life.  One thinking like these two have the world for their taking, no?

Back then I thought you were so much more smarter than I because you spoke with confidence, used bigger words, and the naive me, thought you knew everything there was to know about anything and everything. Now I see that in fact all that bullshit you spew onto me was nothing more then verbage repeated from books and articles you read. You in fact was never cultured as you claimed to be and I was far beyond you. I judged wanted you to know that I'm not mad just extremely glad, I experienced you.

Simplicity is key.

That means no big words. If your readers do not understand the words you are using, they lose your message. That further means you have failed to communicate well.

Bruce Lee said that. So did all of the experts in the art of communications .
