Remind me of a hearing I saw in the UK...

man(I believe was a politiician): Have you do an hourly comparison to come up with the inequality?
DEI: No... we looked at the annual pay. There's no hourly pay study done.
man:Then how can you say men get paid more than women? Did you know that on average, men worked longer hours, are in more technical fields, etc etc
