I received 2 copies of this book as gifts (from separate people).  ;D

It's alright. If you really don't know how to cook some typical Hmong dishes then it's good. But if you're an avid cook (like me), you might find some of the recipes a little mundane. They covered some basic home-cooking Hmong dishes you and I probably grew up eating.
funny, i don' own any of these book, but i cook from memo.. i don't need a book to teach me how to cook my own culture food, other then that, if i don't know how to do it i ask around. Lol
