A collective of bright souls
Burning together like hot coals
Each unique with distinct roles
Individuals aiming for the same goals
Casting their flames in the biggest fire
Ensuring that their own won't expire
Viewing the bonfire from afar, I deeply admire
I face the fact, that is what I'll never acquire
My light is not meant to be among them
A candle in the torrential wind
Flickering and going dim
I've kept my promise and it's time to end
I'm warming myself before leaving
The forecast is always freezing
Still, I keep walking
The final destination unknowing
