No way... the pre-2010s Hmong music were majority plagiarized music... Hmong will take other country's music (mostly Chinese, Thai and Loatian) and add Hmong lyrics to them, put out an album and called it Hmong songs.

During the modern era the internet was used as advertisement made by Graphic Designers and architects in the 80s. It served another form of communication via email.
