Why do we need more admins and principals when the teachers and student haven't changed that dramatically?
I niece's high school have 1 principal and 3 assistant principals with a student population of 600 in high school. I remember when I was in high school with a more populated students, we had one principal and one assistant principal.

So if the principal is off, the 1st assistant principal wk that day. When 1st assistant is off, the 2nd principal holds office.
So then you got a guy like hmoobrock who is the 3rd in line and so legend have said that it never gets to the 3rd so that's why he's out there fishing and not working.

Back then it was fine w/ 1 principal but these day and age you need 2-3 principals to do the work of 1. Why? 1 can't handle students these days. You need at least 3 or more per school. Why? Moral decline in society.

Simple, it takes two people to do the job of one person...
It's almost standard across the board of employment anything. The common blue and white collars are less capable by today's standards.
When I was a young buck, two of us processed $1k of work an hour. By today's standards it take 10 people to do that exact same work. And...wait the price has increased easily by double or over. So by measuring it accordingly it would mean that two of us did the work of 20 people by today's standard.
Society is down the gutters and digging deeper... :D
