It's because he's a big Democrat donor, he became the second largest billionaire donor (Soros is number one with $129millions to Democratic Super-PACs) to the Democrat during this mid-term election... $69millions to mid-term elections by him and his other two deputies.
He probably won't face any jail time... because he's a big political donor.
I also find it funny that majority of Lefties/Demmies still think Trump dump $millions to buy the election :2funny: :2funny: :2funny: Trump actually gave $0 of his money to the mid-term.
