Since you're not educated enough to know anything how perspective, photography, and human anatomy work, the red circle you drew focus on her left hand showed that the ring finger blocking the pinky finger. This is called "foreshortening". This term describe one object stood in front of another object. The front object appear bigger than the one behind it.
