it seems like you're the one who needs to go back to school and learn how to read.  it's a very simple sentence.  if you answer my questions, you might understand the context of the 2nd amendment.

how do you like to go to prison for 5 years, pay a fine and labeled a criminal?  this referring to amending the 2nd amendment

how else are we the people are going to be a well regulated militia and how else are we going to defend ourselves without arms?

the militia group is the people, you, me and every citizen!  let's say if the people in government (trump and every politicians) should decide they want to stay in power...how do you suppose we over throw them, with rocks and stones?

second part of the 2nd amendment was refering to the first part of those regulated militia

i've seen your guns...if they ban any ak variant today, you're "fully semi  " automatically a criminal for possessing it.  how do you like to go to prison for 5 years, pay a fine and labeled a criminal?

understanding the phrase...in order to be a well regulated militia, one must have a gun (you don't take a knife to a gun fight)...the necessity of security of being a free state, one must have a gun (for security purposes, you can't properly defend yourself when you're being attacked with a gun)...it's the people's right to keep and bear arms, how else are we the people are going to be a well regulated militia and how else are we going to defend ourselves without arms?  people with poor understanding of the 2nd amendment always fail to see the most important line..."shall not be infringed"

I'm not saying that life insurance is bad. But I do recommend reading all the fine print and knowing exactly what you are buying. I'm just saying that there are better options out there that can benefit you and your family in time of need if you know where to distribute your money.

Probably switch to a 20 years term
Much cheaper
And put the rest in Roth IRA
Index fund S&p 500

it practically makes every law abiding gun owners/citizens a criminal (literally, over night).  when you amend or take away the 2nd amendment, people's right to freedom of speech will also be infringed upon.  when you mess with one, you have to change/amend every other laws to coincide. 

there are way too many gun laws already in placed and still doesn't help to deter or stop mass shootings and/or violent crimes...sh!t is going to happen and when it does, i would want a force multiplier as a defensive tool.  take the UK/London for example, if we're going to follow suit...they've banned guns, they have way more serious crimes than NY (up to date, death toll surpassing nyc's), now they're going to ban knives...befor e you know it, they'll be banning just about anything.

I can’t contribute to a Roth IRA and 401k, apparently, I make too much.

Yea unfortunately some of these retirement accounts have income limit
If you really want a Roth IRA
Talk to your bank/brokerages/etc.. about doing a backdoor Roth IRA
