But actually I was reading about polyphenols and how it actually helps with all sorts of conditions of the body. It also helps with jump starting your metabolism thus losing weight. So anyways I rhought I give it a try. I bought all these super high polyphenol content seasoning and mixed them in some water and just drank it. It's not the best tasting.
Suppose to also boost up your energy almost immediately.
Also bought some blackberries and blueberries, I'll let you folks know how my unscientific study goes.
I don't know why the picture isn't showing

I got one link to work for you.

So anyways...
I don't know if my energy level is the same or not... but...
I don't know...
But I'm going to keep drinnking them... maybe make a tea out of all of them combined.. I think that'd be better.
We'll see if some weight will come off.
I'm pretty sure nkaujsee's friends and cousins only like thin guys.

Also...
You know you always hear about "antioxidants" and how they can help fight cancer...
When I was "going to school" I actually learned how it "fights" cancer...
and it makes sense.
So folks.. make sure you eat some fruits and veggies becuase... antioxidant's.. are helpful in "fighting" cancer.
It's actually all on a molecular level...
-
Well, from my unscientific method...
I did my usual 30 min treadmill...
For the last 10 min I was able to go 6.5 speed w/o getting winded or tired out.
Normally the last 10 min I'm only on 5.5 and I'll go the last 2 min 6.0 and 6.5 respectively.
The first 20 min I was able to stay a comfortable 5.5 pace and it didn't seem like I was tired out, hence why I bumped it to 6.5 the last 10 min.
Normally the first 20 min I'm like 5.0 speed only.
So I guess it does work.
Like I said, I didn't feel fatigue or winded or tired at all.
So yeah! Try it out folks!
I'm trying to figure out a nice little recipe so it won't taste so bad!!!! And I recommend the crushed cloves instead... whole cloves... man, it's like eating little twigs and you have to chew it and swallow it and the taste makes it really awful.
Also dark chocalate is good too, I bought that as well, as well as some dark plums! I'm going to eat a Plum now. I want my body flowing high in polyphenols.
It's my own experiment on myself!
-
Well, I went to sleep around 11 pm yesterday night and I woke up at 5 am today feeling refreshed and good to go.
How odd....
Usually with only this amount of sleep I'm feeling groggy.
Anyways, just ate a dark plum and some blueberry's and sprinkle some celery seeds and oregano into my mouth and about to go to the gym.
-
So this is all my ingredients..
I did 1/4 teaspoon of the curry, the marjoran, cloves, celer seed, sage, oregano, flaxseed meal, 2 tablespoon of granulated sugar for taste, one tea bag of the peppermint, and also a "bar" of chocoalate...
and you know what? Even though it looks like dookie... it actually taste good!
I mixed it all with 4 cups of hot water.
I'm still looking for "real" cinnomon. Then! I'll have the perfect ether!
Now if I can just get around to eating "lamb"... :S
I'll do this for 2 weeks...and see how it's improving me.
I did go to the gym this morning after sprinkling those stuff in my mouth and eating some blueberry's and a dark plum...
and.. I know.. it might sound a little weird but..
All the girls was eye balling me and asked for my number and then they all wanted to take me to get some smoothies!
Just kidding..
anyways.. I was doing the chest press stuff.
Ok, I'm a weakling.. I usually only do 25 lbs on each side. Then like I'll do a last set of 35 lbs. And to be honest.. it feels heavy and I feel like I can't do much.. probably only 6 reps and I just give up. And then if I do decide to work out with 35 lbs... I can only do like 6 reps.. 8 max but my arms are shaking and stuff.
This morning though... and lets take note that I haven't been lifting weights(I know, they aren't alot ok ok ok ok.. I did always say little weights in the past 2 weeks)... I decided to start off with 35 lbs. I was able to do 3 sets! 12 reps each! I mean.. say what?! It made be bold.. and so I was like "man! Let me throw some 45's on each side and see what happens" and so I did, and guess what? I was able to do 3 sets of 10 reps each. Wow... I impressed myself.. I felt like I could do more sets but I was like "naw, let me go get on the treadmill"
I'm not saying these are super foods, but I do know alot of complaints guys who work out in the gym is that they "get tired" or "don't have the energy" and thats why they have to take those pre-work outs etc etc...I also do get tired and don't have the energy in the past and that's why I've never been really been able to lift more weights. But dang, I had energy.
I don't know if it's a placebo effect... or maybe it's becuase I been out of the gym for a while and I just found the motivation and mental "energy" agian to get back in the gym agian.. I don't know...
Like I said, it's very unscientific, but I was surprised to see I was able to lift more this time while not being in the gym for about 2 weeks. Muscle atrophy actually starts 3 days after your last workout if you don't hit the gym agian, or thats what I was told by a doctor once. She was a physical therapist.
So anyways... I go jump on the treadmill.
This morning I cranked it to 5.5 and go at it for 20 mins and then 6.5 the last 10 min.. I felt good.. got a good good sweat on.
Then I walked for 5 min to cool down/warm up and then went for another 20 min 5.5 and 7 min 6.5 and the last 3 min was at 7.
Like I said.. very unscientific but I know for a fact 3 days ago... I would not be able to do 7 speed... 6.5 speed for 10 min? Forget it! 5.5... yeah that's more like it..
But this morning... well that's what I was able to do and I was surprised.
So as I finish my 4 cups of ether here! I'm going to make some more and just put it in a jug or something and drink it through out the day.
I'll keep those of you interested updated.
Anyways! I'm going to go see a lighthouse today... check out a local scaa solo autocross thing and also try to find that "real" cinnamon!
Nkaujsee hurry up with that date of mine! The holiday weekend is almost here and I want my spaghetti!

And the reason I say "real" cinnamon is..
The one you commonly see in the stores is the "fake" one... it's actually bad for you if you read up on it.
Too much is really really bad for your kidney and liver.
-
So... after going to trader's joe... and whole foods..
I could not find it...
Then I was like.. "what should I do?.. hmmm.. Ok.. I'll just google "where to find ceylon cinnamon in San Diego"...
and low and behold... popped out an answer.
A kinda mom and pop store, the lady gave me the pepper and bbq 3000 for free.
Maybe I was... well just probably mean she wants me.
But anyways!!!
I forgot to say this morning...when I was at the gym, I got done and decided to go play some basketball.. and the girl at the counter was acting really cute... So I asked for a ball.. and she said does it matter which one? I said no... and then she went to the basketballs and there was alot.. and she was like.. she didn't know which one to pick! She said "I don't know which one to pick!" Anyways... I just thought it was cute.
And that "real" cinnamon... it smells really good and sweet.
-
Oh wow... interesting...
And he actually said something that is relevant to me!
I'm going to buy some ACV!
