Title: Would y'all buy a house that was once a scene of a crime for cheap?
Post by: DuMa on January 16, 2019, 09:29:05 AM
The Colorado case where the father killed his pregnant wife and two daughters is up for auction.

If it is cheap enough, I'll buy it but will flip it later but will never live in a house of horror.

Will be interesting to see how much she'll go.  Sold at $400k with an appraisal at $500k.  5bedrooms big ground house.  That's a million dollars house if here in the bay area.

There is a YouTube clip when their neighbors showed the detective a camera view and that fa.ggot killer was there too.  He was so nervous by his reaction that got me nervous too.  Dude was so close in having a breakdown.  But during that video clip, a commercial so of speak was seen and images of an unborn child in the womb and followed by what looks like a woman coming out of a pool of oil.

The bodies of the girls were found in a barrel of oil at his work place.  Could be a sign of the after life telling the story.

Coincidence?  Go check it out.

I found it.  Watch this chit and tell me you don't feel nervous.  I thought the killer would snap and start shooting everybody in that room.

I know who would buy that house.

Movie producers.  Buy for half a mil and gain 10 folds or more once the movie is made n profit for the win.

I care more about the house, it's condition and location than its' occupancy history so it really depends on the house...

no way man...i need a house i can make love with someone with peace of mind...lols

off topic, but there's a house about 3 houses down from where I used to live that someone bought for the purpose of it being a "green" house..if you know what I mean....house got raided and they found a dead body inside the house..it was vacant for a couple years..someone finally bought the house...and turn it into a "green house" again....not sure if the last guy who bought thought he was slick, that lightning won't hit the same house twice...or if there were...other.. .reasons...rea sons from the other side.... :-X

Of course I'll  buy the house. Especially a house that once belonged to a drug dealer. Never know,  you might end up finding a secret stash of money hidden somewhere.  People might say that it's dirty money. So all you have to do is, throw it in the washer with your dirty laundry and it'll come oult clean.  :2funny:

I am too chicken to do that. When we were house searching, I always ask if a murder or disappearance has taken in said home.

I think by law, information like a crime in such house needs to be addressed to potential buyers.  Haunted? Not so much but I've heard of a house that no one could buy and live in it for long.  New tenants one after another till that house became a forever vacant.

Worse is when someone moves in and die and same goes for the next tenant and so forth.

A Chuck e cheese in San Jose on Tully and the 101 had a case where a child was stuck in one of them plastic looking bounce house.  It was on the 3rd floor so now, they forever blocked out the third floor and business continues as today.  I've been there once but did not get the memo till prior or else I would go up the third floor and document some cool stuff.
