Since you're thinking about getting it, it really depends on YOU...
With that said, I would get something that requires less ownership cost from Honda or Yamaha...IF I was looking for a scooter...

Hard to say if it's a "good price" without seeing and inspecting it in person when it comes to used scooters, bikes, cars, electronic, etc..
I like to follow the "If it's too good to be true...." line...
