What is the one dish that you are great at making? It doesn't have to be something you like, but you know how to make it perfect or near perfect.

Steam white rice...just follow the water line inside the cylinder or use your finger (be sure always use the same finger)... ;)

Pumpkin bread/muffins. I also make a pretty good hot dipping sauce. Oh, and my version of sweet pork w/boiled eggs. My oldest daughter loves my French toast and my youngest loves my boiled eggs. :)

Papaya salad ... at least my family loves how I make it.

nab vam for me, maybe because i love it so much that i learned to perfect it in my own ways through trials and errors.
i think i also make good fawm kauv.
