On the Today show, they asked a Korean girl "How do you say Happy Valentine's day" in Korean.
I was thinking.. What a dumb question! They automatically assumed Valentines day was a world event or something.
Then the girl said "Happy Valetines day" with a Korean accent. :2funny:

Well what about the reporter asking Shawn white about his metoo case n dude says he is here to talk about his gold medals and those "gossips"
This morning he apologized to using that word since he already settled the case out of Court.

Seriously I would have asked the same thing ;D ...I work for a Chinese company. There is a lot of Chinese people from abroad. Knowing that they don't celebrate Christmas, I still find myself asking them, how do you say "Merry Christmas" in Chinese? ;D ;D

Some of them might not know how to answer because they don't know if you're asking them how to say it in Cantonese or Mandarin.

your cousin should have ask them where are they from too. And if they say they are from here or born here ask them what European national are they. Most of the time these white folks don't know their background.... ::) They even have to take DNA test to find out.
