When it comes to employment, which one will you chase?

One requirement of a great corporation is decent wages. You cannot be one w/o the other in addition to other things like benefits, fair practices, etc...

Some people chooses to get pay less and work for better corporations than to be making more and work for companies that don’t care much about their people right?

Depends as there are still other variables that could influence me one way or another...
With that said, given all things equal, I rather work for the better corporation... between the two

So everyone here at work looks down on the janitor. You see, in corporate America, big bank don't tend to hang with little bank. It is this misconception that holds true to a degree. The rich don't play with the poor or management don't eat with the bottom tier workers.
I'm fairly close to my favorite janitor cuz the guy has skills for working here forever. He got the keys to them hidden rooms where I can go hide out and sleep if I wanted to. They laughed at him cuz he's a janitor but he showed me his paycheck. The guy is a sleeper or things that is not all it looks to be.
So if a company pays me CEO salary to pick up shorts hair, I'll do it. All about the money cuz bullchit walks as money talks first.

I'll take a pay cut to work with a group who is just as hard working, honest, and passionate as I am.

What's worst is lazy folks that refused to work more than 20 hours a week so the can continue to steal from the poor's public resources..I.e ., food stamps...and instead of contributing to society, they fake sickness so they can go fishing...thos e behaviors have negative effects on some Corp...

I would prefer getting paid big bucks, sit behind a desk and go on pebhmong, all day! ha!
a great corporation is measured by the benefit it provides; health care, retirement funds and more importantly, the life learning experiences.
the reality is, working for a "great" corporation would be better, cause people don't always plan for the future and unforeseen issues. having the security of a retirement fund and help with medical bills, will make one live longer. the experiences it provides can always be used in other fields of work, it will make one prosperous.
