i find it fairly difficult to appreciate most of what comes from today's musical talents
there are always exceptions, but as a whole, i just can't identify with today's music
i'm still stuck in the 70s, 80s, and 90s...my playlists can attest to that
(not dissin' today's music, that would be unfair)

i feel ya in some ways.
we're becoming old farts.
that plus, radio/commercial music is not as meaningful as the classics.
now, indie music, there's still very good stuff coming out.
