I've not done any legs exercise for the longest time and thought I'll get back to it again this last Sat.
What I did... squat, lunges and side step lunges... repeat.
Squat: 3 sets/15reps of 100lbs, 125lbs & 150 lbs
dumbbell lunges: 3 sets/15reps of 50lbs, 60lbs & 70lbs
dumbbell side step lunges: 3 sets/15 reps of 20lbs, 30lbs & 40lbs
I think I overdid myself... I puked after just two sets.
after 2 hours, I couldn't bend down with my legs. Heck, I couldn't even raise my legs.
Legs is better today but still sore and stiff... had to use hand rails to walk up/down stairs ;D ;D

What is a side step lunge?
huh 2 hours? COme back and let us know how you feel. roughly 24 hours later. :D
- usually I feel sore afterwards. But the worse is about a day and a half later. That's when everything hurts like heck.
I need to do that. lol. Maybe not with those weight as that's too much for me. but that metrics. I love the sore feeling (as long as it's not from doing something wrong or actually getting hurt).

Like I said, I couldn't walk up or down stairs by Sunday, hand to used handrails for support.
Monday was worst... I walked like a stiff with no knees. Today is getting better though and I'm able to walk almost normally and bend at the knees a little. It should be fine by tomorrow or Thursday. I'll start again this Sat but with less weights.
