Kang Vang, you did a great job presenting the experiences the first generation went through from immigrating to this country and dealing with a new society to the personal thoughts, way of thinking and relationships at that time. It is an accurate depiction of what went on in the daily life of a typical Hmong teen at that time. This movie should be placed in a Hmong archive for our future generations to see. I encourage you to continue doing more movies.
I came to the US in the late 70s as a child and experienced my teen years in the mid 80s. I can relate to this movie. Good job!
