Ken Lo does have a long legs and they're good for kicking long distance.
He always in the movies with Jackie Chan. These are the following movies I've seen him cast as a bad guy:
1. Gorgeous
2. Who Am I?
3. New Police Story
4. First Strike
5. Rush Hour
6. Supercop
He cast in one movie with Jet Li, My Father Is A Hero.
There's another actor who has long legs as well. His name is Collin Chou. You may have seen him do the combo kicks in The Bodyguard from Beijing.

I like Collin Chou, too. He's the villain in "The Forbidden Kingdom."
I heard that Ken Lo is Jackie's bodyguard. So, it's obvious how he got his foot (or both feet) in the door.
Chinese Kung Fu stars have had their real life challenges: good fighters always wanted to test them out to see if they are really that good. It's just how the martial arts world is in Asia. Jackie was always approached with some of the greatest fighters around. So, Ken Lo has to step forward with his two feet.

Gawd dayum it! I forgot Collin Chou was in Forbidden Kingdom too. ;D
Anyway, he's old and can't kick no more. So is Jet Li. He and Jet gotta use rope to perform martial arts.

Our physique just isn't that good anymore as we age.
I used to be able to jump over fences my chest height...I said used to...lol

Reporter, when you say about our physique whither as we age, it hurts both my heart and lung. Darn! It's inevitable.
I see old men in their 50 working out at home and they turn out great with ripped muscles.

I keep myself pretty fit. My ab looks almost like a 6-pack, my legs and thighs are small and slim and I have no belly. But the power is a bit different now that what it used to be some decades ago.

In his old age, JCVD still doing action movies with his famous split and flying roundhouse kick. lol
Bolo Yeung is way older than JCVD.
The difference between two actors. If Arnold quit smoking he would have live longer and lift heavier weights at the gym. Sylvester can lift heavier weights when he doesn't do drugs.

Addiction is tough to kill.
There's a black guy who lived very long and his secret is: cigar-smoking.

Addiction is tough to kill.
Not quite hard to kill addiction. I used to smoke nonstops when I was in my 20s and 30s. I stopped smoking since 2013. I may end up like this Thai villain in Ong Bak. https://youtu.be/67UOQ8SOSIQ?t=3848
I remember one time at Dollar Tree store I saw two little girls passing judgement on an old lady with a hole in her throat. She had to use a small black cork to block the opening and talk to the cashier.
I knew I'm going to have a hole in my throat if I don't stop smoking. I may end up like that old lady and talk like Darth Vader.
There's a black guy who lived very long and his secret is: cigar-smoking.
There's a white guy who couldn't stand still at the bus stop. He keep walking back and forth in straight line. Every 5 minutes he scratched himself and he would ask everyone for a cigarette. All his skin flushed red. It's like he's angry for no reason. I haven't seen him for years. I'm sure he died somewhere.
I don't think cigarette or cigar benefit anyone including the black guy you've mentioned earlier. It's a fact that smoking may speed up the aging process and increase the chance to get cancer and heart disease.
