Nail Art anyone?

Do any of you ladies have a specific brand you like?  I like OPI and China Glazed but will have to stock up on them whenever I get a chance to shop in LA at Fashion District, Santee Alley, etc.

Thanks for sharing, SB!      I like the blue on your nails.  I'm in search of another blue nail polish......mo re like navy blue.  The one I have now is a little brighter and it's textured.  You have a lot of nail polishes there.  I haven't tried NYC yet.  How is it?

NYC is good but just not much colors to choose from no matter which store you get it.  I really like the pink color there.  It's probably like my 3rd one.  I just haven't found a nice green one but I like the new one from Revlon that you might see in magazine. 

The blue I did 2 coat.  Maybe this weekend I'll do pink.  I will take a photo and group it by color.

Would you say it lasts long?  The ones I've used are Revlon, Sally Hansen, and OPI.  They normally last a week until they start chipping.      Please do share when/if you can.

I have all sorts of brands...BUT I don't have any OPI or essie ones.  I have a whole bin of nail polishes and art stuff.  When I make time--I do them every week.  But I've been lazy and have not had as much as I had before.  Here are some I've done.  (I tend to do the same designs over and over...sorry.)  Personally, i find it very therapeutic when I am doing my nails.  I'm not that creative but it helps me distress and unwind.

no prob. I just cleaned out my bin (which wasn't too much to toss out) n color coded them back in. (Yeah, i'm anal like that.) i really want to learn one stroke flowers but i just don't have the patience nor the time to go shopping for brushes n paint--but one day.

I'll shared more next time since I'm stuck taking care of my husband from a knee injury last Friday.  Got to take him like a baby to the doctor, specialist, etc. all the while running around with the kids too since he can't drive, walk, etc.  He was just ordered by Admin. to stay home for a week because he exceed his hours for vacation and head back to work this week.  With the knee injury the doctor order him 2 weeks.  I hope nothing is serious and no surgery after tomorrow appt.

I like my nails fun, cute, and simple if possible.  I always alternate colors or they are usually multicolored.  Most of my designs you only need a dotting tool and if u don't have one you can use a toothpick or bobbypin.  my nail bed is rather small and most of the time my nails are short so I don't have much space for elaborate designs.
