Addiction is tough to kill.
Not quite hard to kill addiction. I used to smoke nonstops when I was in my 20s and 30s. I stopped smoking since 2013. I may end up like this Thai villain in Ong Bak.
https://youtu.be/67UOQ8SOSIQ?t=3848I remember one time at Dollar Tree store I saw two little girls passing judgement on an old lady with a hole in her throat. She had to use a small black cork to block the opening and talk to the cashier.
I knew I'm going to have a hole in my throat if I don't stop smoking. I may end up like that old lady and talk like Darth Vader.
There's a black guy who lived very long and his secret is: cigar-smoking.
There's a white guy who couldn't stand still at the bus stop. He keep walking back and forth in straight line. Every 5 minutes he scratched himself and he would ask everyone for a cigarette. All his skin flushed red. It's like he's angry for no reason. I haven't seen him for years. I'm sure he died somewhere.
I don't think cigarette or cigar benefit anyone including the black guy you've mentioned earlier. It's a fact that smoking may speed up the aging process and increase the chance to get cancer and heart disease.
