It was certainly a roaring and controversial weekend. O0
Today's matches
Argentina vs Japan
Canada vs Cameroon
-
Missed both games today because of work.
I’m already feeling sorry for Thailand tomorrow. It’s going to be brutal playing against us.
-
Granted that is Thailand but wow, 13-0.
-
Korea was disappointing yesterday.
Brazil vs Australia should be a good one today.
South Africa should win over China.
-
Thailand is going to get blown out with Sweden but USA should cruise by Chile.
-
Granted that is Thailand but wow, 13-0.
Speaking of the Thailand game, this statement's a shocker to me since I don't really follow soccer :o:
"The US women’s team scored more goals in one game than the men’s team has in every World Cup since 2006 combined."
Guess the U.S. men's team really suck that bad huh even with all the USA resources?? ???
-
Getting goals isn’t easy on the men side no matter what league, club, or country you’re playing for. USA is doing okay, not the best in the world but it’s what we have. Watch them tomorrow and see for yourself in the CONCACAF gold cup tournament.
-
Countries already advanced to knockout stage..
Germany
Italy
Norway
Australia
France
Spain
10 more coming
-

No thanks, maybe one day when I'm watching paint dry, I might... ;D
-
I have been missing a lot of games.
-

you don't need to ask hmgrock where to put your money...US Women will take it all, 3-1 in the championship game against whichever team!
-

Lots of great games.

Heard on the radio a few days ago that the U.S. may lose to Sweden on purpose so they can avoid France in the quarterfinal but guess that wasn't the case?? ???
Not a big soccer fan but GO U.S.A!!! O0
-
Losing is not in the USA DNA.
-
Facing Spain in 15 minutes.
-
No more Asian nations. Both Japan and China went out today.
Quarterfinals. .
Norway vs England
France vs USA
Italy vs Netherlands
Germany vs Sweden
-
England move on to semi.
Tomorrow USA will play the host country. It will not be an easy task but collectively from what we have achieved prior to this game, we should be okay. France is picked by some experts to win it all and I can’t blame them. It’s certainly going to be a good one.
If you’re a soccer fan, you do not want to miss this one.
-
Gonna have to miss it due to work. Will just watch the highlights when I get home.
-
That sucks man. Looks like I’m going to miss the first half as well due to work.
-
Bring on England! USA!
-
Don't care to watch it but heard on the radio that they beat France 2-1 so GO USA!!! O0
-
One more win away from our third strait semifinals in the World Cup.
England vs United States on July 2nd, 2:00 pm.
Netherlands vs Sweden on July 3rd, 2:00 pm.
-
Out go the red coats! Onto our third strait finals. Defending our pride and fighting for our 4th WC title.
2011 loss to Japan
2015 beat Japan
2019 ?

I’ve watched all the U.S. games...and it is rather interesting. France and England are by far the more superior teams they played in this World Cup but the team they had the most problem with is Spain. Even though the U.S. dominated Spain in that game (the U.S.pretty much dominated every game they play in this World Cup) they could easily had lost that game if VAR didn’t come to help the U.S.
