Caught these and released per regulation but harvested these mussels as bait per ntses hnub’s recommendation . I’m optimistic.

I went ocean-fishing once in the Pacific and caught some fish I had never eaten

Those look weird to me, but I understand they are cherished by many.

When we first came to America, we didn't know how to eat many new
fish we found here. So, we ate only carps and bullheads. Carps were no
strangers to us. Bullheads resemble the walking catfish we used to have in
Laos.

When I began seeing shark fins around, I moved
closer to the center of the boat, just in case
they hopped over to yank something off.

Then I realized it wasn't anything like being on
shores or in a small lake like Lake Superior
and Devil's Lake.

Here’s another one almost twice as long as heavy. Have to update my lines as I have lost five fish after peeling my reels and breaking it.

I saw your catch from out of Monterrey, pretty much all cods. I caught a green ling cod once and it was my first one. I cut it up and the flesh was greenish but once cooked turns white. Tasted excellent.

Yes. They do taste great! I've cooked
all of the ones I brought to Minnesota and
ate them all. It's just their looks that
are a bit different from what I'm used to here.
