its depressing
pay is low, no advancement
its repeated and boring
high divorce rate too

plus its getting more automated by robot every day

the only good thing is we hire all kinds of sooo call DEI
if you are handicapped, have mental challenges, or can’t do hard task that requires intellectual

we will find simple work
there is always work

making you sort or just simple lego connect two parts together

simple easy task

That's all misinformation ...

- Manufacturing is a good job for no-skill
- Automation will eliminate some jobs but create other jobs
- There are chances for advancement, just depend how hard you work and the skills you learned, e.g. our current plant manager started out on the assembly line.

Heck, even in a professional salary position, your chances of advancement is the same as an hourly if you stay with the same company.

oh hahaha

you clearly haven’t work a day in manufacturing
there only one plant manager (maybe two if lucky) the same old dude who been there 30+ years
and not wiling to give up his position

in my manufacturing workplace, you will be a GENERAL LABORER
and you can work in anyplace
if you are handicapped DEI no skill
you probably just crush cardboard box all day

ahahahahh

pay is low
almost everybody is on some kind of welfare
