... at later post because it's video of me making it happen with my Ryobi handheld air compressor.

Turned out it was a bad valve stem. Young buck was going to take it the pro and allow them to charge an arm and leg for that basic service but I told him, let me teach you how to do it since I already have tools and materials needed to get the job done. More importantly, young buck will learn a life lesson of taking the tire off the rim and remount it with just basic hand tools.

Once the new valve stem is installed, time to mount the tire back onto the rim with soapy water and two tire irons or long screw drivers:

Once the tire is mounted, air it up until it pops back over the beads and onto the rim. Should be two pops, one on each side:

I don't have a balance machine at home and could probably get by with the bubble method but Costco only charges $5 so why not just take advantage of my membership.

And since the tire and wheel are already off the car, it only took them 10 minutes to get it done O0:

Unless I use it regularly or do it for a living, it's not worth it IMO so I rather pay the tech at Costco 5 bucks to balance my tires for me...

The bubble balancers are a much cheaper option for the non-pro DIYers:

Yes, you can replace the valve without removing the whole tire in some cases:
