July 12nd/10- To be honest, Im kind of a lazy and slow person to type... So typing n recording everything... or Most of the interesting things that were gonna happen in my journey in this Lifetime, were not on the top of my mind... But hey, Thanks to Mlle SueSparkle, maybe I dont need to type that much after all, and just put some pics... And videos of it!... N let the images/videos speak for themselves?!!... :) :) :) ...
But first, a quick little jump from the years before, as to see where I was, n came from... (I lost all my kids pic... But luckily, my younger Bro posted a whole bunch of pics from our childhood on facebook, n hey!... All I had to do was to steal some from there) ...

Thanks Moonangel... But I dont just teach kids ;) :D :) ... My sundays classes are open to anybody of all ages, M or F, from any backgrounds... I usually have anywhere from 2 to 5 ppl every classes... But it was a loooong weekend... So didnt think anybody would show-up too... I just went to the club to train... Then he just showed-up!...
Can u believe that he even made his parents drive him back from a camping site, about 3 hours away!... Just to come back n take my class on sunday!!! :D :D :D ... Dam!... Crazy or what?!...
Those classes I teach are not just some Breakdancing dancing classes... But a conditioning class, using some basic breakdancing power moves, to improve oneself physical condition... n rhythmes, I suppose ;) ... But if u are a regular, u will eventually be able to do/learn some Breakdancing moves/routines (Which are easier than say, learning ballroom or salsa)... N since he was so loyal, though I'd record n show him a little routine... Together!... For memories... n to say that: "Hey, Ive dance/did a dance routine with Lucky Ly!" :D :) ;D ...
Cool. Thanks for the additional info. Both my girls (8 and 3) are in ballet dances. My 8 year old is also in tap dance and jazz. If we had something like what you teach nearby, d.amn, I'd put them in it! I might even take it myself! Great job.

Goshers, the pictures are making me sad, though. :'( The trees are already bare, the grass is dead, and the breeze seems to be crisp and chilly. This tells me that winter is just around the corner. :'(

yeah he is cool. i remember in high school i used to follow the breakdancers here n town (they were all my friends anyway) n the boys had to do a routine for a presentation we did. that's when i met sam n lah. i have pictures...cra ppy pictures that is...somewhere .

how old are they? Well, do u speak hmong to them on a daily basis? They might not be willing or they might not want to...but if it's always around and they still comprehend it's a start. One day when they're older they'll realize how important it is and they'll want to learn...and may have some regrets. But again, they can always learn.

My local coach is Greg Cornelious, which studied under Jon Friedland (he was ranked top grappler in Midwest and one of the first blackbelts in WI). John Friedland studied under Pedro Sauer and represents Rickson Gracie. Jon Friedland is our top instructor, he's from Mil and travels up every month.

So I went to watch the 1er of the documentary movie about Hmong MMA Fighters:"kev Npau Suav"... On Friday, in MN, & yeah, it was quite an interesting and informative documentary about REAL ppl, and what motivate them to get themselves into this kind of "aggrassive and scary" full contact sport/Martial-Art. hey thanks!...yea, I choke him with an arm triangle, it is the same move Lesnar got carwin with, except I finished him from top position. I have another vid, it's like 28 seconds...I catch my opponent with a flying arm bar. I can't post at work though.

we dont need a lot of room. u can come to my cuz place, or I can come to ur place, ur office or whatever.
I have a client right now, in fresno, I just go to his office, n during his luch break. 20 min for $25, sweat, have a great workout, he's happy. depending on many times he wants, I'll give the client a deal. he bough a 10 session, I give him $20 a session. just start with him yesterday.
U, guess we can do it whenever best time suits u... most likely on weekends, whenever im in ur area... or ure in mine

This past sat, had 3 of my guys fighting: 2 win/1 lost, as a MMA striking coach ... Good enough in my book!... And right away, gotta get ready to train the fellas for another MMA tourney in May!!!

There's 2 BJJ tournys coming up in Milwaukee and Chicago, but I won't be competing because I'm training for a full marathon in May. It really sucks because i wanna compete as much as I can, but running and BJJ takes a big toll on my knees. LOL

My 1st boy won in the 1st round via armbar! ... 2nd boy, did good 1st round, exchange a few blows with his opponent n took his opponent a few time down, but he got caugh in the 2nd round with a superman punch that kind of daze him, they went to the ground and his opponent rear naked choked him... 3rd boy won by aninamous decision!
Overall, great fights, aint complaining!
