not to wear it from the period of one week before and one week after the Sturgis Rally... So basically about 3 weeks without helmet enforcement.

$$$$$$ dictates their decision to not enforce it since most out of state smelly tats rednecks flock in all over the country into that area.  Officials only see the $$$$ sign during those few weeks.

Though I would like to attend sturgis one of these days when I turn 50 or 60 years old.
