Use common sense, reasoning, and judgement.
If your preacher want you to sell your house and car and donate money to the church because the rapture is tomorrow.

Great points. We can't just raise the minimum wage and expect to make things run smoother.

Kinda what I've said all along... you can't make minimum wage @ $15/hr for the whole state or country. Let the market work itself out and let each city decide for themselves.

More and more fast food are turning to automation already and it's not even $15/hr yet. More low skill workers are going to be out of work than those that will benefit for the wage raise. Stay turn for more going to welfare...

sorry, but I have no pity for these kind of people.

they clearly know what they're getting themselves into. they know what is right, what is wrong, and they still choose to do it. it doesn't matter the reasons why they did this. there could be millions of reasons why, it's still up to them to get themselves involved. like the quote, "others may have influenced you, but you are responsible for who you become."

the only time I would feel pity for them was if someone had secretly put it in their bags and they really didn't know, then yes, I would side with them. but if they were 100% conscious and knew what they were doing, nope!
