Post by: highway on March 05, 2013, 05:03:19 PM
I'm the last person to watch anime but since discovering Mushi-shi on netflix I've been hooked. I love the haunting simplicity..

OMG, one of my favorite animes.

They really, really, really need to do a 2nd season.

BTW, there's a japanese movie about it that's pretty good.

Some of the episodes are interesting and captures my attention.  Some are just too boring to watch.

That's why asian people can't direct any animes. I live in Los Angeles and most of my friends to who I worked with have claimed that all people who are a big shot are the racist one. In fact, they won't give any projects to a small timer because they are a newbie. Sometimes it is out of racism; sometimes it is out of classism.

Or maybe it's where the money is...have to sell it to a westernize audience.
