Every clans have their own bad apples, man.  Not just the Vang.

This fool is FAWKED man.  Going to the jail with a gun?  Motherfawker must be under the influence of drugs or has major psychological issues.

He's a serial rapist to me if he just got out in 2014 for serving 16 long yrs for raping 3 girls.  Today in court was just 2/3 min appearance and next week will find out more.  110 yrs sentence is what they are saying but we'll have to see when the case go on trial. 

Every clans has problems but it just that the Yang, Vang, etc. are the largest group so it always seem to put us out there more.

Will never know the reasons why he was at the place to start trouble. I supposed, the only life he knows is in captivity and maybe that's where he out of be.
