Look at the range... They lump the working, middle and upper together on that scale of yours.

This is a better classification (2017): Family is consider 2+ people

There is zero chance for Pobzeb to say he knows anything that correlate to jobs when his math stinks.  :2funny:

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, a single adult's income category is based on the following ranges:

Lower class: Less than or equal to $30,000
Lower-middle class: $30,001–$58,020
Middle class: $58,021–$94,000
Upper-middle class: $94,001–$153,000
Upper class: Greater than $153,000

It will also depend on the states... each will have their own classification . e.g. A person will be consider middle class with $50,000 in a low cost of living state but would be consider lower-middle class in a high cost of living state. I'm sure a single adult making $50K will live comfortabling in a Midwest state vs living in NY or CA.

$30,000 is not alot of money

I GUESS WE ARE ALL MIDDLE CLASS as long as you work

Yup, and the counties and cities...even in CA, some counties/cities consider $50k middle class and some consider it poverty...
