Title: Back in high school, I simply just called Judge Paul Lo "tij laug"

We lived in the same neighborhood of zip code 95210, he was a senior and I was a freshman so makes sense  O0:

After experiencing hate crime at a local park during a pick up basketball game, he wrote a really impactful article about it in our school newspaper.  O0

Had an almost similar experience and learned that some friends will not stand with you against racist bullies.

Unfortunately I've been there too. Out of all the S.E. Asian ethnicities I've seen in that type of situation, Hmong seem to be the weakest at uniting.

Per my observations, the most united groups during fights are:

1. Vietnamese
2. Laotians
3. Cambodians
