I don't believe in "tough" love. It's toxic IMO to be honest. It only discourage people to respect you and in today's world, people don't take s hit easily..haha just be nice and cool. If you have to be an asshoe to get your point across or use intimidation tactics, then it's you, not them.

I've run into a few Hmong homeless. One of them had gang tattoos. I won't say which Hmong gang but  he bought a burrito, and when I got out I gave him a few bucks. Thought of giving him a 20, but then I was thinking he might asked me for a ride if I was overly generous..lols so a few bucks and change was good enough. He apologize for the way and the situation he was in. I'm like bro, u just don't give up man. I aint judging nobody here..haha.and that was it.

I watched the 2022 season of Alone and it got me thinking that the best way to lose weight fast is to limit your caloric intake (aka starve yourself as much as you can) WHILE working out your body at same time.  But stay as hydrated as possible.

Oh I watched that show a few times on netflix..If I'm correct it's folks or families living kind of like off grid in Alaska? Man, yeah..I think for people who naturally has good stamina, this might work..Again I just don't know how safe it is..lols You're gonna get fatigue and tire..but once I think, or Im assuming your body start knocking on your body's fat's door and say "time to melt those fat away" because he/she is not eating anything...you start feeling energetic and actually good..mentally and physically..ju st my experience...a nyone serious about weight loss, should do some serious research and consult a honest weight loss expert..if there is such a thing..lols

family is important. but for whatever reasons, I'm not close to my siblings. We get along all very well. We;ll have each other's back if it really comes down to it. But I find it easier to truly be myself with close friends, close co-workers, and even strangers.. so to me there's a difference between a biological family, and a family of your own, to a family of friends..do you get my mentality?? lols...a co-worker once asked that and me and a bunch co-workers been using that same phrase periodically.. .I think it was his way of saying you get my drift? or just simply get what Im saying? haha

but what really matters to me is LOVE...Love everyone...it's hard to do when not everyone is love-able...lols but love those who can be love and those who you can love to receive love..it's not fair, but love always win.

been doing some serious workout on a empty stomach...Lost 20-30 lbs in the last 4-5 weeks...so yeah...if you really wanna lose weight the right way...it's not cardio, not ab workouts, not weight lifting...it's forcing your body to use your body fat as energy...haha j/k..I'm not a personal trainer...but this seem to have help me....I do follow up a few hours later or so to eat a high protein meal though..and it's the only meal I eat..the rest of the time I do eat, it's a snack..a candy bar, anything..lols ...

so yeah...only thing now is..Johnson gets more excited than usual down there...

so yeah..this is all you need to know to losing weight..the weight loss, personal trainers and health experts all knows this..but they want to make it confusing or complicated and complex..why? it's a multi-billion dollar industry..lols

j/k folks...this is just my experiment so far and it's shown to work immensely for me...will post photos if i develop a 6pac..might be a year or two..because I keep gaining weight back on my days off...lols

everytime In No Way throws a punch, all you see is a blur. I wouldn't say he's on a different level overall. He's up there with the tops, but his punch speed is on a different level. No matter how good defense you have, you're not dodging a punch that is the speed of a bullet..haha

A lot of people might think, well, aren't law of attraction and law of reciprocation the same thing pretty much? haha I say it depends on how you look at it. You can like someone, but they might not like you...and vice versa....But someone you like, or likes you..you guys been giving each other subtle signs..eye contact..maybe smile at one another...you already know..there's some reciprocation there..and for a man all you need to do is go in for the kill...but then again...the law of reciprocation can quickly retract itself...might turn out she has a deeper voice than you..lmao and on the flip side, she might realize you're not actually her time..either that your breath stank..lols

either way, although I have someone who truly values me...I still say to people..if you could be single and not feel the need to have someone to share life with, just stay single..people today in general are mostly garbage people anyway...so unless you are bless with someone who you cannot fall out of love with even if you want to...relations hips are over rated..lols

off topic, but hawks, owls, birds of prey can be frozen for a day or two and become alive again once they warmed up or thawed..lols just a myth I heard from a old time chicken friend back then. claimed he killed a hawk, or so he thought. like dead chickens, he likes to throw them in a freezer he has for these occasions until trash day then he'll throw them in his trash bin and dispose them of that way rather throwing them out in the field and letting them decompose. I don't know his logic behind that. Well he caught a hawk, thought he killed it, threw in a freezer. when he went to grab it to throw it into the trash bin, he swear it came back to life, or was never dead lols.so he threw the hawk into the sun, and gave it some meat and water and claim it flew away after a few hours once it regain its strength..lols

the law of attraction has a major flaw. and that is it can go one way and one way only.  but the law of reciprocation, now that my friends, and enemies is what  you want to look for. it goes both ways and it meets somewhere in the middle of the road and maybe in the middle of nowhere...lols

I apply this to many other things in life..jobs, careers, when making friends, or just helping random strangers with a few bucks..I have to feel this employer values me not just as a worker but as a human being..friends ...they genuinely just want to be friends, not because I'm naturally popular wherever I go...lols and when helping strangers, I feel, excuse me, I KNOW that they would do the same for me if the roles were reverse..haha I don't help just because they were very polite, good looking, or good with words...lols
