I hear they're funded through Feb and that's about it so if they don't reopen, does that mean no more food stamps for a while? Tell your mom and dad okay?
Also, the national parks are open but no rangers, does that mean, open game for Hmong poachers? Hrmm...

Sad for those who do need the program. As for poachers, I'm not worry about that, I'm worry about getting rob, shot, killed or in need of help while out there when their is no authorities and staff working. It can be a messy or life and death situation IMO. Just wondering what kind of psycho out there and what they are doing since they know ain't nobody patrolling. Just be-careful.

Yes. If poachers see you, that could be a problem because that means you saw them.

Well what I know is a lack of rangers, visitors are making their own rules like driving their vehicles off road and if one guy does it, the rest will follow behind and so now we have a path way that should not been there. Also vandalism by cutting down trees like the Joshua tree.
Maybe they are doing it on purpose cuz workers and their families are tired of this shutdown nonsense.
Some members of Congress denied their own paycheck or gave it away to charity. Good for them. At least they play by the rule that if you guys are going down with the ship, the captain goes too.

People that are ignorant enough to hunt in restricted areas of those parks..Just because they see a deer in those parks, they think they can hunt it..it's as dumb as thinking it's "open game for Hmong poaches"... ;D ;D
