Check out this foodie guy doing a vlog about vietnam's cheap eats. 

Usually he does them street vendors that cost less than $2 American dollars but here he is, doing a $100 bowl of pho.

I tend to watch him while eating my food.  Makes my food yummy for some odd reason.   O0

North Vietnam is where the Chinese and Vietnamese cooked a lot to please the military leaders. All those works turned into some  form of mixed foods that turned out better and better each time. Hence, pho was created.
