I don't buy timeshares, they are not good investments.  I do my homework.

I'm looking at buying a beachfront cottage, use it a few months out of the year then AirBNB it the rest of the year.

Bro I know it's pretty safe in WI.  But like I said, it's more than just that.

It's like buying a Toyota or Porsche.  They are both reliable cars, but one is much nicer, more exclusive, yet 10X more expensive to buy and maintain.

I know you'll buy the Toyota because it's cheaper, but I don't just look at price.

It depends on what stocks you're in.  It could be a green day and you could still be red.

I've been green this week but not a lot because the FAANG stocks aren't moving this week.  My other stocks are moving though and that helped.

I've gotten a V shape recovery - back over a bit now.

They will only do this as a last resort if you don't pay your HOA fees.  If you can't even afford the fees, then it's likely you won't even afford the houses here either.

Bro don't worry about me.  I do all my homework on almost everything I buy.
I don't choose/buy things because it's cheap, I choose it because it fits my needs and expectations.

It's not just about the house or cost, but the lifestyle and people too.  Better, safer neighborhood and schools for my family is worth it.

No fences in my backyard.  More open that way.  Got good neighbors too.  Grass is nice and lush.
