Up north. At least the ice is better there.

I'm not that comfortable with any lake yet at this time. Maybe after next weekend.

Oh gosh, looks like I've forgotten about this thread.

Anyways ice fishing was short and sweet.  Totally different this year.  Same lakes and rivers, but different spots.

I heard many people doing very well this year, smelting.  Easy going spring weather.

Except for ice fishing for smelt.  It's been slow, takes people all night to all morning just to fill a bucket.  Was a lousy year for ice smelting.
